The Wagener Subritzky Homestead was constructed in 1860 and is a rare example of an early pioneer homestead to have survived in original condition. Geometria were contracted by conservation architects Archifact to undertake detailed recording of the structure using a laser scanner and compile a photographic record, before and while the structure was undergoing conservation work and also to undertake limited archaeological excavation. The homestead is located in a dense archaeological landscape and is an excellent example of early construction methods and durability.
